By agreeing to service provided by Mirror Finish Cleaning Limited the client agrees to accept Mirror Finish Cleaning Limited’s general terms, conditions and privacy statement as listed below. These terms, conditions and privacy statement constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no other representation or statements, whether written or oral, shall be binding upon the parties. If any part of this agreement is not enforced at Mirror Finish Cleaning Limited’s discretion, or is held to be invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event that the terms and conditions change we will notify you. The current version will always be available on our website

Mirror Finish Cleaning will provide sufficient staff in their cleaning teams, to clean the client’s home, but Mirror Finish Cleaning reserves the right to change the number of staff dependent upon training and/or operational requirements.
The client will be charged by the hour, as agreed at the time of a quotation being given, whether written or oral. If it becomes apparent that the job has been over, or under, quoted, Mirror Finish Cleaning will contact you and make arrangements to change the duration of the clean.
Our cleaning teams are fully trained to clean your home, are uniformed and provide all cleaning materials, vacuums and equipment. Due to Health and Safety compliance concerning COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) documentation of cleaning materials and electrical testing of regulations, the use of client’s cleaning materials and vacuums is discouraged. If you insist that your own products and/or vacuum are used, Mirror Finish Cleaning are not liable for any damage to property as a result of using your own products and/or vacuums. The client shall ensure that our staff have access to hot water and an electricity supply.

To allow us to provide for our clients, we have to plan and allocate cleaning teams jobs up to two weeks in advance. If notice of more than 24 hours but less than 2 days is given, the client is liable to 50% of the cleaning fee for the cancelled clean. The client agrees to pay Mirror Finish Cleaning 100% of the cleaning fee for all visits cancelled or aborted by the client on the actual day of the clean, for whatever reason. This includes visits aborted by Mirror Finish Cleaning’s own cleaning team when they arrive, if they find they are unable to gain access to your home due to being locked out, this is to cover expenses and a payment to the cleaning team for their loss of wages. If a client has a genuine reason for not being able to inform us of a cancelled clean, then Mirror Finish Cleaning may alter the cancellation fee.

Payment policy
The invoice for the completed clean, or cleans, will be sent at the agreed interval, normally, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, after your final clean of the agreed payment period. Payment will be due five days from the invoice date. Payment can be made either cash (by prior arrangement) or Bank Transfer into our bank account.
If payment is returned, you may be subject to additional charges.
Clients will be charged with all costs associated with recovery of outstanding fees including bank charges, interest, administration fees, together with fees for debt recovery agencies and/or legal and court fees.

Mirror Finish Cleaning requests that you ensure that all extremely fragile and breakable items are removed or secured on the day that the service is provided.

Health & Safety
Mirror Finish Cleaning make the health and safety of the cleaning teams a priority.  We request that you bear this in mind when they are in your home.
When working on a deep clean will endeavour to move and clean under furniture.  However, this may not be possible due an item’s weight, size or position.
Staff are provided with three tread step ladders and standard extension poles which do cover most eventualities. We do not, however, provide specialist equipment needed for non-standard room heights due to health and safety constraints.
The client agrees to notify Mirror Finish Cleaning if any person in the household is suspected of contracting an infectious disease.  This notification must be as early as possible and Mirror Finish Cleaning reserve the right to cancel cleans under such circumstances.
We reserve the right to terminate a job if we feel that it is hazardous to the health of our staff. The staff are under strict instructions not to clean animal or human faeces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing or other similar hazards including but not limited to needles/sharps and other drug paraphernalia. Our teams are instructed to leave any room containing offending items and to inform Mirror Finish Cleaning.

Satisfaction Guarantee
As is always stated at the time of quotation, if you are unhappy with the work carried out by Mirror Finish Cleaning, please inform us and we will make arrangements, where appropriate, to return to the property within 24 hours of being informed, to rectify the problem.

Prices and Quotations
All prices quoted will depend on the size and condition of a property and the schedule of work discussed. All prices include materials and equipment.
Mirror Finish Cleaning reserve the right to amend any quotation given, should requirements change or due to any missing or incorrect information provided.
If staff have arrived at a property and a client delays the start of a clean, this could result in additional charges being incurred, or the time delayed being part of the scheduled cleaning time. If we continue to undertake any work where the condition of the property has been misrepresented additional charges may be incurred.

Mirror Finish Cleaning reserve the right to cancel our service
If the cleaning job is of a condition that is hazardous to health and/or the client misrepresented facts or information.

Mirror Finish Cleaning agree to keep all clients details confidential and secure all keys in its care.  If a key is given to Mirror Finish Cleaning please make sure your home is accessible to us. If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that you advise us of the entry code, or have it in the ‘off’ position.

Our Staff
Staff of Mirror Finish Cleaning are not permitted to smoke in, on, or near customer’s properties, they are also not permitted to eat or drink in a client’s home unless invited to do so, with the exception of water brought with them to the property.

Clients need to report any breakage/damage to property within two working days of our visit.
